For the Three-Session Course and Five-Session Programme, treatments are generally scheduled approximately three weeks apart. Your practitioner will confirm the appropriate interval following individual assessment.

Your consultation and skin assessment take place before treatment. If Vilight Beauty determines that microneedling is not suitable for your skin, treatment will not proceed and the full amount you paid will be refunded to your original payment method. Customer cancellations, missed appointments, rescheduling and changes of mind are handled according to Vilight Beauty’s standard booking and cancellation terms. Please contact the clinic as early as possible if you need to change an appointment.
Where one or more sessions of a multi-session course have already been provided, any refund is assessed on the remaining unused sessions. The value of sessions already provided is deducted at the standard single-session price, and the balance of the remaining unused sessions is refunded to the original payment method.
